According to UNESCO, cultural heritage includes tangible and immaterial values of artistic, historical or symbolic significance. These include monuments, buildings, customs, rituals, music, dance and crafts as well as cultural landscapes. Their protection and disclosure ensure cultural diversity, identity and sustainable development worldwide.
